Grain-free low carb brownies

Its one of those days when a brownie is a must. These super decadent bad boys low in carbs and high in healthy fats. My little guys love them and I don't feel bad about this treat! Happy healthy eating ~Katie

2 cups almond flour

8 TS of grass-fed butter

2 TS of coconut oil

4 oz of Unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 cup coconut sugar or sugar alternative 

2 eggs

1 ts of baking soda

1 ts vanilla


Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and coconut oil in a sauce pan. Pour into a mixing bowl and add eggs, vanilla, baking soda and sugar. In a double boiler melt chocolate, add to mix. Once combined add almond flour. Pour into an 8x8 well greased pan. Bake for 20 mins or till cooked through.
