Greens on Greens

After the holiday indulging of cookie after cookie, I’m giving my body what it needs. A little love.

This simple salad is packed with nutrients.

Quick tip, pair your salads with hot tea to speed up your digestion and to give it the fire to break down these veggies properly .

What you’ll need:

-Half bunch of kale, washed and torn

-Handful of green beans and edamame sautéed in coconut oil

- Goat cheese sprinkled

-Grain-free crackers broken up for some crunch

-Half avocado

-My favorite salad dressing ever: half lemon juiced, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove of garlic chopped, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon mayo, salt/pepper, Italian seasoning
