Ooey Gooey Almond Butter Brownies...

Well it’s another snowy Sunday around here and it means it’s time to bake. These are super decadent, full of healthy fats and are paleo. I love me some sweets but like to make them into a healthier version. Try these, you won’t regret it!

Almond butter brownies

• 1 cup almond butter , 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup honey or coconut sugar syrup, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup of Lily’s chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 325. Line brownie pan with parchment paper, set aside. Combine almond butter, honey, eggs and vanilla, whisk till smooth. Add cocoa powder and baking powder. Once combined fold in chocolate chips, save a few to put on top. Pour and smooth in pan. Bake for 20-24 minutes till cooked through (a little undercooked is the best).
