How much inflammation/heat is there in the body? Reducing inflammation literally calms the body and brings you back to a balanced state. Chinese Medicine looks at someone with too much heat in their body causing things like restlessness, irritability, palpitations, insomnia, etc.

Is your body stuck in fight or flight? Teaching your body it’s okay to relax and tap into your healing parasympathetic system is beyond important.

Are you blood deficient? In Chinese Medicine we look at various imbalances in the body, one is blood deficiency. I often see this in women, having blood deficiency leads to not feeling grounded or rooted with symptoms like foggy head, fatigue, depression, lightheadedness, etc.
