Payment and Insurance

Payments

We ask for a credit card when scheduling to hold your appointment. Cards are charged only for services provided or, in the event of a late cancellation, according to our cancellation policy.

Payments are accepted at the time of service. Cash, check and most major credit cards are accepted.

Insurance

We are out-of-network providers. Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for acupuncture and holistic medicine, as well as mental health and therapy services. We’re happy to provide a superbill (sometimes called a master bill) for submission to your insurance company.

Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend confirming your specific benefits with your insurance provider.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement.

Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

Don't forget, your flexible spending account and health savings account may sometimes be used towards acupuncture and holistic medicine services.

If cost or insurance is part of your decision, we want you to have the information you need up front.
