Apple Crisp Breakfast Bake

With Apple and sweater season upon us I made this yummy bake. This one is refined sugar free and mostly grain-free but added some gluten free oats because I love them. Ready for brunch tomorrow! 

Apples are a super food! They are cleansing to the gallbladder and liver. They target and collects parasites, mold, bacteria and virus’s from the entire gut. Apples reduce inflammation and stabilizes alkaline environment in the gut. They even improve brain function by strength in neurons and increases brain activity. Recipe to come in bio. 

What you’ll need...

~ 4 apples, chopped

~ 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour mix or Paleo pancake mix

~ 3/4 cup melted coconut oil

~ 1 teaspoon vanilla 

~ 2 tablespoons cinnamon 

~ 1/2 teaspoon allspice or pumpkin pie spice

~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats

~ 3/4 coconut sugar 

Combine 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup of coconut sugar and vanilla. Form into a dough. Press into a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 10 mins till slightly brown. Combine chopped apples, cinnamon and pumpkin spice. Pour on top of crust. Top with oats, 1/2 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of coconut oil dropped right on top. Bake for 30-40 mins. Cool and enjoy!
