Chocolate Avocado Pudding

What's on the menu today? 

Chocolate Avocado Pudding...get in my belly! Grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free and full of those amazing healthy fats you all know I love. I like to use coconut sugar syrup because it's low glycemic and super tasty. 

What you'll need:

- 2 large ripe avocados

-1/3 cup coconut syrup

- 1/2 cup raw coco powder

- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (the thick part)

- A pinch of salt

- Optional: top with coco nibs, coconut flakes, Lily's chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, berries, whatever!

Blend contents in a food processor until smooth. If too thick, add more coconut milk.
