Rustic Veggies with Italian Sausage

Love getting away to the mountains for many reasons but I love having time to cook! These days life is full to the brim, not complaining as there is so much goodness.

This is simple real food, just the way I like it!

Here’s what you need:

1 1/2 cups chopped carrots

1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli

1 1/2 cups bit-sized potatos

5 Italian sausage links (I like to use spicy chicken)

1/2 cup Italian dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning

Optional: 1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Set oven at 400. Stir all ingredients expect parmesan in a dutch oven. Bake for 45mins to an hour stirring halfway through. Add parmesan at the end.

If you want to use a Crockpot, add ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours. Add parmesan once done.
