Turkey Spring Roll Veggie Bowl

Anyone else love lettuce wraps? ‍ Well here’s my version and it fills you up! Grain free, paleo, whole30 and satisfying. I like to make my meals as colorful as possible to obtain a variety of nutrients. This is warming, easy to digest plus it boosts immune system.

What you need:

-1lb ground turkey -head of broccoli chopped

-handful of green beans

-3 to 4 large carrots

-2 tablespoons ground ginger

-4 tablespoons soy sauce or liquid aminos

-2 tablespoons coconut sugar

-2 tablespoons of Sriracha or more :)

-3 garlic cloves chopped

-topping: avocado, sunflower seeds, green onion

Brown ground turkey in a pan with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or liquid aminos, garlic and Sriracha. •

In a separate pan sauté veggies with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or aminos, ginger and coconut sugar. Once lightly cooked add turkey. Serve and enjoy! Happy healthy cooking~ Katie
