Meet Dr. Adrianne Sloan

Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist Specializing in Women’s Health, Maternal Mental Health, and Holistic Wellness

Dr. Adrianne Sloan, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical health psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience in medical settings, specializing in women’s health, maternal mental health, and holistic wellness.

Her work blends evidence-based psychology with a whole-person perspective — recognizing how mental health is shaped by the nervous system, sleep, hormones, nutrition, movement, and life transitions.

Dr. Sloan’s Approach to Mental Health Care

You don’t need a specific reason to explore therapy. Many people are simply drawn to care that feels more intentional, balanced, and human.

Dr. Sloan offers an unhurried, collaborative approach to mental health — grounded in careful listening, clinical experience, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Sessions support how your mind, body, and nervous system work together, creating space for insight, regulation, and meaningful change over time.

Mental health care here is part of a broader, integrative approach — working alongside acupuncture, body-based therapies, and lifestyle support when helpful.

Background & Clinical Experience

Dr. Sloan began her career working with cancer patients and veterans managing chronic health conditions, with a particular focus on chronic pain. Over time, her advanced training expanded to include nutrition, sleep disorders, and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).

Her work integrates evidence-based psychology with attention to the microbiome, movement, spiritual well-being, and the broader context of health.

After her own transformative journey into motherhood at age 40, Dr. Sloan shifted her focus to supporting mothers, birthing people, and women navigating hormonal changes, postpartum challenges, and complex health dynamics. She is deeply passionate about empowering moms and caregivers with practical tools and resilience for long-term well-being.
