Let’s chat about sex and baby, baby

Here we go, you’ve decided it’s baby making time. You are ready. Here are just an unexpected tips...

When it comes to making babies, it’s about quality over quantity. The more you all are into it, the more fluids and excitement, the more likely you are to get pregnant. So this means for most, don’t have sex everyday. Ideally every other to every three days during your fertile week. Sperm stays alive for up to 72 hours so you will hit it up at some point.

If you find yourself obsessing about when you are ovulating, stop. I know it’s easier said than done. Most of the time once we know they are ovulating, I have my patients throw out their ovulation strips and stop BBT charts. So much peace of mind can come from it. Try setting a date, if you are not pregnant at that point you seek further help.

This is the fun part and relax, it’s best thing you can do! Much love~ Katie
